The Confederation Internationale de la Societe de Saint-Vincent-de- Paul in Paris has issued an update on the canonization cause for Blessed Frederic Ozanam (1813-1853).

I have had trouble opening this with Internet Explorer but was able to open it with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. 

 

The letter references making Ozanam's Livres des Malades being available in a new French translation and hoping that it would become available in other languages.   Does anyone know of such an effort in English?  I have dropped a note to Austin Fagan, he may already be working on this.
